| 摘 要： | 从历史的视角,梳理和审视1910～1948年全运会制度的根源及发展历程.研究结果表明:1910～1948年全运会竞赛制度经历了晚清政府时期从传统向现代的转型,北洋军阀时期收回组织主办权、本土文化初始渗透以及国民政府时期全运会制度的本土化实践3个发展阶段,促进了体育竞赛人才专业化和职业化、竞技体育人才培养体系化、竞赛市场化和产业化的发展,同时也受因锦标主义而产生的不良赛风赛纪问题的长期困扰.
