| Abstract: | Student sports associations in colleges have their own characteristics. It should form a unique organization and management system. Therefore, the study on the organizational effectiveness of the sports associations is important to the promotion of college extracurricular sports. By studying on the organizational effectiveness and further standardizing the management of the associations, the sports associations in colleges will face the needs of social development. It will be better for survival and its development will be more healthy and rapid. |
