教育现代化与高校教师的素质规范

摘    要:实现教育现代化是高等教育改革发展的基本思路。当前高等教育现代化的主要特征是学术创新信息化、国际化、市场化、大众化及终身化。作为履行高等教育教学职贵的大学教师,只有具备全、新、高的专家型学者的素质,才能适应知识经济时代的严峻挑战。人格动机与创新态度品质、教学专长、学术研究专长、社会服务意识和技能,是一名成功教师应该具有的核心素质指标。专家型教师是高校新型教师素质的典型代表。

Abstract:It is generally accepted as the basic notion of hig her educational reform and development to realize the modernization of education , which is recently mainly characteristic of academic creativeness, informationa lization, internationalization, market orientation, popularization and life_lon g ization. As high_rank professionals to perform the teaching obligation for highe r education, college teachers cannot adapt themselves to varying severe challeng es in the coming knowledge economy age unless they become professionally qualifi ed to be comprehensive, innovative and high_level scholars. Thus, specialized te achers are typically representative of qualified new_type college teachers, whos e essential qualities show themselves in personality motivation, creative attitu de and aptitude, teaching speciality, academic research potentials, social serv ice consciousness and techniques.
