“运动生理学”实验教学改革与思考

目前我校运动人体科学、运动康复和应用心理专业的生理学实验课程多以验证性实验为主,与运动实践结合不是很密切,不利于培养学生的科研素质和创新能力,也不利于培养学生解决运动实践问题的能力.为此,我们进行了一系列的教学改革,主要包括:①开设自主设计性实验教学,以期培养学生的创新意识和综合素质;②更新实验设备,提高硬件水平,如购置先进的BL-420生物机能实验系统和最新的有氧和无氧功率自行车;③突出体育特色,增加了最大摄氧量测定和无氧功率wingate测定这两个综合性实验,以期培养学生的专业技能和操作先进运动设备的能力;④规范了实验报告的撰写;⑤改革考试方式.实践证明,这些措明显提高了学生的实验技能和科研素质,受到了学生的广泛欢迎.

Reform Practice in Experimental Teaching of Sport Physiology
