| 摘 要： | 采用调查等方法对江苏省业余体校竞技体操教练人才进行研究。结果显示:教练员多数 热爱训练工作,有强烈的事业心和责任感,是一支以中、青年为主,具有丰富运动经历与执教经 验的队伍;教练员训练指导思想正确,有较强的创新意识,但学历结构和职称结构不太合理,科 研能力薄弱且科研成果少等制约着训练水平的提高。时策:加强教练员人才建设,努力提高综合 素质;提高教练员科研能力。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of investigation,this paper studies the condition of talented gymnastics coaches in amateur sports schools in Jiangsu province. The result shows that majority of coaches love their job. Their responsibility and enterprise are strong and knowledge is solid. They have correct training concept and strength in consciousness of innovation. However,poor ability of scientific research restricts the improvement of training. |
