21世纪企业人力资源管理的趋势

摘    要:以跨国公司为代表的人力资源管理和开发工作都在适应新的环境中逐步改变着自己的内容和方式,并逐渐显现出新的趋势,它们是组织结构上的后官僚主义化、管理重点在核心人才上的集中化、管理角色的企业策略伙伴化、注重学习型组织的创建、差别化个性化的管理和开发手段五个趋势。刚刚起步的我国人力资源开发和管理,应该跟踪世界范围内人力资源管理和开发的动态,并致力达到本质性的认识。

Abstract:In the general background of post-industrialization, economic globalization, knowledge economy and service economy, human resource management and development of enterprises in developed countries, especially of multinational enterprises as representatives are changing their contents and methods, and are gradually manifesting five new trends, such as: post-bureaucratism in organization, concentration on core talents in management emphasis; enterprise tactics partnership of management roles; establishment of learning organization; disparate and individualized management and development methods. China's human resource management and development are still at their beginning stages, and should follow the trends in the world and try to get a understanding of their essence.
