Comment on the Research of the Educational Administration in Western Countries for 100 Years

From the end of the 19th century to the end of the 20th century,the research of educational administration in western countries has experienced three periods with the way of induction and summary with education as starting point,the way of transplanting and deduction with administration as starting point, and the way multielement and blending. It has climbed four grades and reached higher level so as to make the research of educational administration more prosperous.
