摘    要:19世纪末至20世纪末,西方的教育管理研究沿着以教育为起点的归纳与总结之路,和以管理为起点的移植与演绎之路以及多元与融合的第三条路,经过了三段旅程以及四个台阶,持续地向更高的水准发展,从而把教育管理学的研究推向新的繁荣。

Abstract:From the end of the 19th century to the end of the 20th century,the research of educational administration in western countries has experienced three periods with the way of induction and summary with education as starting point,the way of transplanting and deduction with administration as starting point, and the way multielement and blending. It has climbed four grades and reached higher level so as to make the research of educational administration more prosperous.
