| Abstract: | The patent dispute case of ＂Little guys＂ is a successful case in small and medium-sized enterprises in using patent strategy. Strategies involved in the case include patent application, licensing strategy, and cancellation of franchise strategy. It is very necessary for medium-sized and small enterprises to learn and use patent strategy to protect innovations. |
