拟南芥NHX基因密码子使用特性分析

摘    要:运用CodonW程序对拟南芥NHX基因密码子组成、同义密码子使用频率和全长编码区密码子使用各项参数的计算和统计分析.结果表明:密码子适应指数(CAI值)与最优密码子使用频率(FOP)、密码子偏爱指数(CBI)均呈显著正相关(P〈0.05);有效密码子数(ENC)与同义密码子第3位碱基含量(T3s)呈极显著负相关(P〈0.05).拟南芥NHX基因RSCU值〉1的密码子多以A或T结尾.

Abstract:CodonW software was applied to calculate the nucleotide composition,relative synonymous codon usage and other parameters of Arabidopsis thaliana NHX genes.The result indicted that Codon Adaptation Index was significantly and positively correlated with FOP and CBI,and the effective number of codons was significantly and negatively correlated with T3s contents.Arabidopsis thaliana NHX genes with RSCU>1 preferred codons usually end with A and T.
