我国体育产业资本市场投融资发展现状与政策研究

资本市场投资与融资是以追求最大利润或资本最大增值为目的,而体育产业要实现资源优化配置和低成本高效益扩张,实施资本市场投资融资是最佳手段。文章对我国体育产业资本市场投融资的发展现状与政策进行了分析研究,研究表明:发展体育产业资本市场投融资对促进国民体育经济发展具有重要意义。国外发达国家体育产业发展的实践以充分证明,体育产业资本市场投融资是实现体育产业超常规发展的有效途径。面对中国加入了WTO、申奥成功和经济全球化步伐的加快,实行体育产业资本市场投融资的条件已基本成熟。但是,目前我国关于体育产业资本市场投融资方面的实践探索和理论研究不够深入。因此,需要在借鉴国外发达国家体育产业资本市场投融资成功经验的基础上,探讨我国体育产业资本市场投融资的实现途径,进一步推动我国体育产业资本市场投融资事业的健康发展。

Study on Chinese Sports Industry Capital Market Investment and Financial Developed Present and Policy

The purpose of sports industry capital market investment and financial is to pursue the maximal profit or capital increment, which is best the way to optimize and expend enterprises at low costs and high benefits for sports industry. By using the method of documentary, investigation interview and systematic analysis, this paper study on present condition and Policy of Chinese sports industry capital market investment and financial. The result shows that the development of sports industry capital market investment and financial is of great significance in speeding up the sports the economic development .All these been have proved by the experiences from overseas developed countries. At present, as China has entered WTO and the Olympic Games and the economy system has been gradually improved, facing the pace of economy globalization speeding up, the condition of implementing capital market investment and financial in sports industry should be perfect. The paper discusses the connotation and propose the realistic approach of sports industry capital market investment and financial in China,in order to promote healthily development sports industry capital market investment and financial in China.
