摘    要:为了寻找定向越野运动训练过程中与运动强度相适应的敏感指标,监测定向越野运动员运动训练过程中的身体机能变化,本文利用分光光度法对我院九名定向越野运动员进行了赛前五周血氨的测试。实验结果表明:赛前五周运动员的血氨发生了显著的变化,出现了先升高后降低的变化趋势。结论:定向越野运动训练过程中,血氨能够精确地评价运动员的机体机能状态。

Abstract:In order to find the sensitive index which can accurately reflect the exercise intensity in directional cross-country sport training, to monitor the changes of physical function in sport training. The athletes ' serum ammonia concentration was measured with spectrophotometry during the pre-compctition sport training. The results show that the athletes' serum ammonia concentration change were significantly different. It exhibits the concentration in-creases initially and reaches its maximum value then decreases, The conclusion is: the serum ammonia concentration can accurately elevate the athlete' s physical function .
