| 摘 要： | 基础教育课程改革的目标是围绕学生的发展目标来设计和确定的。教师要力求改变过去只注重知识传授的倾向，采取灵活多样的教学方式，使学生形成积极主动的学习态度，使获得基础知识与基本技能的过程同时成为学生学会学习和形成正确价值观的过程，提升每一位学生发现问题、解决问题的能力。
