| 摘 要： | 探讨组织公民行为如何通过创新影响组织绩效的内在作用机制是非常重要的,这将有助于帮助企业增强核心竞争力和提高组织绩效。通过对广东省高科技行业中的271家企业进行问卷调查,运用结构方程建模探讨了组织公民行为对管理创新、技术创新和组织绩效的影响。研究结果显示,组织公民行为对管理创新和技术创新有直接正向影响,并通过管理创新和技术创新对组织绩效有间接正向影响;技术创新对管理创新有直接正向影响,并通过管理创新对组织绩效有间接正向影响;而组织公民行为与技术创新对组织绩效的直接影响效应均不显著。最后,结合有关理论和实践对结果进行讨论,并指出其管理启示、研究局限性和未来的研究方向。
