| 摘 要： | 文章论述了科技统计的内容和任务,分析了科技统计对科研管理的作用,指出科技统计是科研管理创新的前提,要提高科技管理水平就不能忽视科技统计在科技管理中的地位和作用.只有做好科技统计工作,充分发挥其在管理与决策中的作用,不断创新,使科技统计与高校科研管理有机融合,才能促进高校科研管理水平提高.
