基于有效专利的专利权人竞争力评价的实证研究——以口腔医学技术领域为例

目的/意义]基于价值较高的有效专利,以口腔医学技术领域为例,构建竞争力评价模型来分析该领域专利权人竞争力,以期为该领域专利权人提升竞争力提供帮助和支持。方法/过程]采用LexisNexis PatentSight专利大数据分析工具,选取工具中与竞争力评价相关的技术影响力、市场影响力以及专利资产指数三项指标构建竞争力评价模型,从三个方面对该领域专利权人持有的有效专利进行分析、探讨和评价,并对领域中的高价值核心基础专利进行挖掘。结果/结论]通过评价模型的构建及实证研究,给出该领域专利权人竞争力评价的分析结论和建议供参考。

Empirical Research on the Evaluation of Patentee’s Competitiveness Based on Active Patents: Take the Technology Field of Stomatology as an Example

Purpose/significance]Based on the active patents with high value,taking the technical field of stomatology as an example,the competitiveness of patentees in this field is analyzed and evaluated by constructing the competitiveness evaluation model in order to provide help and support for the patentees to improve their competitiveness.Method/process]Using the patent big data analysis tool,LexisNexis PatentSight,three indices,Technology Relevance,Market Coverage and Patent Asset Index,which are related to competitiveness evaluation in the tool are selected to construct the evaluation model.The active patents are analyzed,evaluated and discussed from three aspects and the high-value core basic patents in this field are mined and screened.Result/conclusion]Through the construction and empirical study on the evaluation model,the analyzing results and some suggestions on the competitiveness of the patentees in this field are put forward for reference.
