| 摘 要： | 网络技术的发展带来了一系列网络伦理问题,网络伦理问题主要有四种表现的形式。其产生有理论根源、技术根源、法律根源和主体根源,但网络主体是网络伦理问题产生的根本根源。传统文化中“内省”、“慎独”思想在调控和规范网络伦理问题中有重要的现实指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | The development of internet technology brings a series of internet ethic problems.The internet ethic disorders have four manifestations.There are four origins bring the internet ethic disorder: the theoretic,the technology,the law and the main body.But the main body is the fundamentality origin of internet ethic.The introspection and self-restraining of traditional culture have an important meaning in modify and regulate internet ethic disorders. |
