摘    要:采用文献资料法、实验法、体育统计法、逻辑推理法对太极拳的健身功效进行研究,结果表明:长期坚持太极拳锻炼可改善血液状态,提高肺功能;可以减少焦虑,克服抑郁,保持情绪稳定;太极拳独特的拳法和拳理、习练组织形式和规范的技术要求,有助于提升中老年人的社会适应力。

Abstract:By using documents, experiments, statistics of palestra and logical reasoning, the research on tai chi ' s effect of fitness is conducted in this article. It shows that long - term tai chi exercise causes good effect of blood Rheology, improves blood state, strengthens lung function, and increases physical health. Moreover, it can reduce anxiety, overcome depression, maintain emotional stability, improve the response capacity to the external environment and do good to mental health. Furthermore, the unique boxing rationale, organizational forms and normative technical requirements contribute to improve the elderly to adapt to the society. In short, tai chi chuan is one of the best ways to keep fit for the middle - aged and elderly.
