基于模糊综合评价的矿井建设项目评标方法研究

摘    要:评标过程中由于确定因素和模糊因素并存,应用现行评标方法,评标专家难以在较短时间里对模糊因素做出较准确的评判。为此,将模糊集合理论的思想和方法引入评标过程,首先提出了适合矿井建设项目的评标指标体系;其次建立了矿井建设工程项目评标模糊综合评价模型,最后给出具体实例予以验证。结果表明,提出的评标方法能够快速、有效、准确地选定最优投标方。

Abstract:Due to many certain factors and fuzzy factors in the process of bidding-evaluation,it is difficult for the experts to conduct accurate evaluation in a short time if using present method.Therefore,this paper applies fuzzy set method in the evaluation process.Firstly,the index evaluation system of mine construction project is constructed.Secondly,the paper establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for mine construction project bidding.Finally,illustrates it with a instance.The instance demonstrates that the method can quickly and accurately select the best bidder.
