高职院校文科专业产学合作教育的困境及出路

高职教育作为培养生产建设、管理、服务第一线人才的教育类型已经为大家所熟悉，走产学相结合的道路培养应用型人才业已成为共识，工科在产学合作教育上已经取得了相当丰富的经验，但是高职院文科专业的产学合作教育一直不能有效的开展，存在很多问题，出现上述问题的根本原因在于企业和学校是两个目标取向上不同的实体，在当前的产学合作中，校企双方还没有找到长期合作的利益共同点。文科专业必须结合自身的特征，在技能型人才这一总的人才培养目标框架下，寻求与企业最大的合作。
