| 摘 要： | 通过对我国各省、市、区体育系统人力资源分布的现状进行分析,并以奖牌数占全国百分比与人力资源数量占全国百分比的比值(效益指数),作为评价我国各省、市、区体育系统人力资源在竞技体育工作中的成效指标,分析我国各省、市、区体育系统人力资源在竞技体育工作中的成效,目的是为我国各省、市、区体育系统人力资源的管理提供科学的理论参考依据。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the marked effect of the human resources of every province,city and district in athletic sports through analyzing the distribution of the human resources.The ratio of the medal number in the whole country and the ratio of human resources in the whole country is taken as effect index to evaluate the athletic sports work of different level.The purpose of it is to provide a theoretical reference for the scientific management of the human resources of every province,city and district. |
