| 摘 要： | 在一个三阶段内生博弈模型基础上分析跨国公司的技术转移行为与内资企业的技术吸收。研究结果表明,在人力资本的作用下,跨国公司的技术转移水平与距离之间存在非线性的关系,不过内资企业的技术吸收部分总是随着距离的增加而减少,FD I技术溢出存在集聚效应特征。此外,东道国较低的人力资本水平会限制FD I的技术溢出效应。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of one three-stage game model,the paper analyses technology transfer of MNCs and technology absorption of domestic enterprises.The results show that,under the effect of human capital,there is not linear relationship between technology transfer and distance,but technology diffusion of FDI is characterized by local advantage.Furthermore,low level of human capital will restrict technology diffusion of FDI. |
