高校人事档案含金量不足与提升之探析

摘    要:高校干部人事档案,是党和国家档案工作的组成部分,它必须真实地记录干部的个人经历、德才能绩、工作表现等,以备查考.但是,由于种种原因,该入档的材料没能入档,使得档案的"真实性"大打折扣.本文就如何保持档案的真实性,提高档案的"含金量"展开探讨,并提出一些改进方法.

Abstract:The personal file of cadres in universities is the component of the party and state file work,for it must record truly the personal experience,both ability and integrity achievements,Working per-formance and etc.for references.But,out of all kinds of reasons,those should be recorded in the files didn't show in the record,which makes the truth of file short of promise.This article put forward some improving methods in how to keep the file truth,and improve the gold content of the personal file.
