初探全国经济区划

为了更合理地组织社会生产地域分工,因而有必要在全国范围内划分大经济区和二级经济区.大经济区可作为指导和组织资金技术密集型部门企业进行生产经营的地域单元,二级经济区可作为指导和组织劳动密集型部门企业进行生产经营的地域单元.本文在此就全国大经济区划和二级经济区划作进一步探讨,提出将全国31个省级区划分为六大经济区和80个二级经济区的方案.

On the Division of National Economic Zones

It is necessary to have a division of major economic zones and second level economic zones in order to have a reasonable and national wide organization of division of labour in different production areas. The major economic zones can serve as a district unit in directiing and orgznizing funds and technology - intensive enterprises to proceed their production and operation activities. In this article we will further probe into the major economic zones and second level economic zones of the whole contry and put forwards the plan to divide 31provincial administrative area i nto 6 major economic zones and 80 second level economic zones.
