| 摘 要： | 开放教育考试是开放教育教学过程中的重要环节，必须适应开放教育这一新的教育形式及其对人才培养目标的要求。根据开放教育的理念，进行半开卷考试改革实验，目的是要推动和促进教学模式、教学手段和教学方法以及课程设计的改革，提高开放教育质量。

| Abstract: | As one of the key sectors in the open education teaching process, testing must satisfy the needs of the new teaching model as well as the requirements it sets in fostering qualified personnel. According to the concepts laid in open education, an experiment on the semi-open-book examination has been carried out, which aims to promote and improve the reforms in teaching model, teaching methodology, teaching resources and course design, and hence to enhance the effects of teaching. |
