| 摘 要： | 工科高职院校对人文素质教育重视程度不足,导致人文素质教育低下成为常态。分析了工科高职院校人文素质教育的困境及原因,提出了应从重视人文素质教育、合理设置课程结构、加强师资队伍建设、营造校园文化氛围等方面解决人文素质教育的困境。

| Abstract: | Due to paying less attention on humanistic quality education,vocational colleges are now facing a problem of low humanistic quality.The paper analyzes difficulties and causes and comes up with some proposals like reasonable curriculum structure,teaching staff construction and Campus Culture construction to solve the problems effectively. |
