| 摘 要： | 知识经济是以知识和信息的生产、分配和使用为基础,以创造性的人力资源为依托,以高科技产业及智业为支柱的新经济形态。其显著特征是,知识的创新、传播和应用,将成为经济发展的决定性因素。在新形势下,教师的作用将越来越重要。大学教师素质的高低,直接影响着高等教育的效果;教师必须适应知识经济时代的要求,更新观念,创新教学。
