On the Strategic Integration of Technological Innovation Project Management

Suggested by evolution economic theory and resource-based firm theory,recent literature view the technology as idiosyncratic composition of knowledge and competence,and the technological innovation as new knowledge and routine creating and dynamic capacity developing process,go beyond the traditional model which see the technology as product and process technology,and technological innovation as research and developing. Theses raise attention concen-trating on the strategic characteristics of continuity,path dependency and uncertainty of technology and its innovation,and make the strategic integrating of technological innovation project management necessary.
