| 摘 要： | 本文基于信息不对称理论的观点,将我国民间金融分为三种形态,一是简单形态;二是中间形态;三是专业形态。目前,正规金融与民间金融并存,交互发展。本文分析了各类民间金融形式之间的区别与联系,认为正规金融是专业形态民间金融的转化,并论证了专业形态民间金融向正规金融转化的形式。

| Abstract: | Based on the point of view of asymmetric information theory,private finance in our country is divided into three forms: simple form;intermediate form and professional form.Nowadays the formal finance and private finance coexist,develop mutually.This paper analyzes the difference and connection between various types of private finance,thinks that formal finance is the financial professional transformation and demonstrates a form of professional form of private finance into the formal finance. |
