群体性事件底层群体的政府信任再造与传统媒体引导研究

伴随社会转型中社会矛盾的不断激增，各类群体性事件成为影响社会稳定和建设的突出问题。而底层群体对基层政府信任的缺失，是导致大规模矛盾冲突并走向极端从而演变成群体性事件的重要原因。而社会的媒介化框架又将其演化成媒介化事件，故作为权威和主流的传统媒体在群体性事件中的信息传播、舆论引导显得尤其重要。本文以群体性事件的发展脉络为主线，分析底层群体对基层政府信任认知的偏差化，以及传统媒体的“不当介入”催生政府信任危机并产生社会负面影响。由此，本研究拟通过倡导树立传统媒体公共传播理念，扩展深化群体性事件中传媒的功能，以期能够实现底层群体政府信任的再造。

Researching the Confidence - rebuilding of Underlying Masses in Group Events in Government and the Guidance of Traditional Media

With the surge of social contradictions in the period of social transformation,various group events have become prominent problems affecting social stability and construction. Underlying mas-ses’lack confidence in government at the grass - roots level is an important reason for resulting in large - scale conflict,going to extremes,eventually evolving into group events. The social media framework in turn makes them evolve into media - oriented events. Accordingly,the traditional media as the authoritative and mainstream are particularly important in information dissemination and public opinion guidance of group events. Taking the developing venation of group events as the main line,the paper analyzes underlying masses’cognition deviation of confidence in government at the grass - roots level,the crisis of confidence in government and social negative influence caused by“improper intervention”of the traditional media,and tries to extend and deepen media functions in group events by advocating setting up the tradition media public dissemination idea,so as to realize the confidence - rebuilding of underlying masses in government.
