| 摘 要： | 职教师资的培养必须建立科学的理论体系和完善的培养体系，才能保证职业教育事业的顺利发展。职教专业师资的培养必须区别于工程技术专业教育，建立独立的职教师资专业，使培养对象既掌握职业专业能力，又掌握相关技术领域中的职业教育能力，在专业技术教育中淡化“工程性”，强化“职业性”。
