| Abstract: | The paper explains the impact of cultural potential energy to non-conservation spread between the Olympic culture and the culture of Olympic Games host country,and analyzes the culture of Olympic host country spreading global through putting itself into the Olympic culture,thereby to complete the cultural potential energy changes from disadvantaged culture to the strong culture. |
