| 摘 要： | 采用实验比较法，对乒乓球课内外一体化教学模式在提高学生身体素质、基本技术和实战能力方面的实效性进行了研究。结果显示：乒乓球课内外一体化教学模式有助于提高学生的身体素质、基本技术和实战能力，符合大学体育教学改革的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Using experimental comparison test,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of integration of curricular and extracurricular of table tennis subject of improving students' physical quality,basic technique and actual combat capability.The result shows that integration of curricular and extracurricular of table tennis subject is helpful in improving students' physical quality,basic technology and actual combat capability,conforming to the trend of development of university sports educational reform. |
