摘    要:全球范围内出现的教师教育改革,强调教师在专业发展和个人成长的过程中,要有意识通过系统的自主学习和研究实现专业化的发展。树立中小学教师自主学习观,加强理论学习与创新健全中小学教师专业成长制度保障体系,搭建多种平台,鼓励中小学教师自主学习等都可以促进中小学教师自主学习能力的发展。

Abstract:The worldwide emergence of teacher education reform ,have emphasized the importance of professional development and skill specialization through the system of autonomous learning and research . T he primary and secondary school teachers'self -directed learning is influenced by individual and situation-al factors .With setting up the teacher independent learning concept strengthening the research of the theo-rical learning and innovation ,and creating the school teacher learning atmosphere ,we wish to improve pri-mary and secondary school teachers'independent learning ability .
