| Abstract: | The Sixteenth Conference of our Communist Party has oriented that the only way to establish the socialist democratic politics is the unity of ruling the country by the people and running the country by the law under the leadership of our Party. It is necessary to understand correctly the relationship among the leadership of the Party, ruling the country by the people and running the country by the law. The present essay has discussed the functioning mechanism of the digestion and unity of the three. |
