| Abstract: | This text analyses the foundation of the competitive state of the athlete formation,and discusses regulation and control system of the football sports training,draws a basic frame for regulation and control of the training procedure,clarifies the method suited for regulation control of the football athlete training in a planned way.Moreover,it puts forward the important function that athlete life style affects the forming of competitive state. |
