集装箱装卸桥电气控制系统仿真

摘    要:介绍集装箱装卸桥电气控制系统设备的仿真。在具体设计时考虑到实用性,设计的电气控制系统中采用了两类不同的驱动系统,即起升与大车共用一套交流变频调速驱动系统,小车与臂架俯仰共用一套直流调压调速驱动系统。为了提高控制系统的先进性,在90-30PLC的控制模块扩展时增加了网络通讯模块,可以实现网络通讯。

Simulation of Electric Control System of Container Crane

Abstract:This paper is an all-round analytical investigation for the electric control system of the container crane simulation. Considering the practicality in specific design, the two kinds of different drive system were designed in the system, this is, the hoist and gantry uses a set of AC frequency conversion timing drive system, while the trolley and boom uses a set of DC adjusting voltage and timing system. In order to improve the control system, when the control module in 90-30PLC is extended, the network communication module is increased, so the network communication can be realized.
