| 摘 要： | 法学研究生教育质量的提高是一项系统工程，其中课程设置是研究生培养工作的首要环节，要合理设置课程，构建科学的研究生课程体系；而学位论文是研究生水平的集中体现，是衡量研究生学识、科研能力和教育培养质量的重要指标，要加强学位论文的指导与管理，努力提高学位论文质量。

| Abstract: | Improving the education quality of law graduate students is a systematical project among which the curriculum setting is the most important link. We must establish the curriculum reasonably and construct scientific curriculum system for graduate students. The master＇s degree thesis reflects the level of graduate students, and is the major index of graduate students＇ knowledge, scientific research ability and the education quality. We must strengthen the guidance and management of degree thesis to improve the quality diligently. |
