| 摘 要： | 建立地区图书馆联盟的目的是资源共享,开放服务是高校图书馆选择合作与共享模式的核心理念,读者权利是读者自由地享有图书情报机构提供的各种服务,以获取文献信息的权利。本文论述通过制定合理的、可行的规则,使图书馆联盟中的读者权利得到保护。

| Abstract: | Objective to establish the regional fibrary consortia is resources sharing, open services is the core idea that the university library choose the model of cooperation and sharing, readers＇ fights mean the readers can use the various service provided by library and information institutions freely, in order to obtain the literature information, this paper discussed by making the reasonable and feasible rules to protect the readers＇ rights in the library consortia. |
