| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,我国的体育市场迅速发展 ,迫切需要一批高水平、高素质的专业体育经纪人。体育经纪人对体育市场经济的繁荣起着推动和桥梁的作用。随着中国体育不断走向市场 ,体育经纪人存在的问题也日益凸现出来 ,而中国缺乏合格的体育经纪人已被确认为是中国体育产业化进程的一大制约因素。

| Abstract: | In recent years sports market has developed rapidly. This development calls for special sports brokers with high level and high quality. The sports brokers play a role in the prosperity of sports market economy as a bridge. With the entrance of Chinese sports into the market, the problems of sports brokers has become obvious. In China, the lack of qualified sports brokers is considered to be the hindrance to the development of sports indusltrialization. |
