贵州省乡镇中心园的教育现状及其应对策略

摘    要:作为农村学前教育的窗口,乡镇中心幼儿园承担着指导、示范和协调本乡镇学前教育工作的重任,在推进农村学前教育的发展中发挥着积极的引领作用。目前贵州省乡镇中心园发展现状不容乐观,以贵州省50个农村县调查为例:这些地区仍有一半左右的乡镇无中心园,教育经费严重匮乏,教育资源极其短缺;幼教师资数量不足,工资待遇微薄,专业化水平不高;管理力量薄弱,中心园管理不到位;教育质量缺乏监管,重保轻教与"小学化"两个极端倾向严重;家园合作力度不够,教育步调不一致等。为了改变现状,应以政府投入为主,多种形式扩大乡镇中心园的教育资源,建设一支数量充足、结构合理、业务精湛的中心园教师队伍,真正实行"专人监管、园长负责"的中心园管理模式,转变家长的育儿观念,加强家园合作的力度。

Abstract:As an example of rural pre- education,central kindergartens in towns play an important role in guiding,demonstrating,and coordinating the pie - education in towns and meanwhile they also play an active leading role in na-al preschool education development. At present, the development of central kindergartens in towns in Guizhou Province is not optimistic. Take 50 rural towns in Guizhou Province as an example, the survey shows that there are still no central kindergartens in half of these areas. There still exists the problem of funding shortage for education. Educational resources are extremely inadequate. These areas are lack of pre- school teachers due to the mean wages. ,The professional level of these teachers is not high enough. Management is comparatively weak, especially the management of central kindergarten. Education quality is lack of monitoring. Too much emphasis is put on taking care of the children while their education is sometimes being neglected. "Primary tendency" is also serious.Paients do not cooperate well with kindergartens and therefore education at home and that in kindergartens are out of step. In order to change the status, the government should invest more money in education, adopt various forms to increase educational resources, and cultivate enough qualified teachers with reasonable structure and professional abilities. The management mode "specially- designated staff supervision, principal in charge" must be put into real practice. The education concepts of parents should be changed for further strengthening of the cooperation between parents and the kindergarten.
