| 摘 要： | 本文对红三叶（Ｔｒｉｆｏｌｉｕｍ ｐｒａｔｅｎｓｅ）的染色体数目及核型进行了初步研究，结果表明，其染色体数目为２ｎ＝１４，核型公式为Ｋ_（２ｎ）＝２ｘ＝１４＝２Ｍ＝１２ｍ，即７对染色体中，１对为正中着丝粒染色体，６对为中央着丝粒染色体，核型类型为１Ｂ

| Abstract: | The chromosome number and karyotype of Trifoliam pratense have been studied. The following is the result: the chromosome number is 2n= 14, the karyotype formula is 2n= 2x= 14= 2M+ 12m. and the karyotype asymmetry belongs to 1B. |
