新时代研究生立德树人教育协同育人模式研究

党的十九大强调,高校教育需要落实立德树人根本任务。在这种形势下,高校需要全面贯彻立德树人的教育方针,开展立德树人教育来适应新时代发展。必须认识到开展研究生立德树人教育是促进个人全面健康发展,提高研究生培养质量,推进社会和谐进步,适应新时代国内外复杂形势的要求。通过分析当前研究生立德树人教育所取得的成效和存在问题,拟构建研究生导师、研究生立德树人教育队伍、研究生主体协同育人模式。

Research on Collaborative Education Model of Moral Cultivation for Postgraduates Underthe New Era

It is certain that China's 19th National Congress of the Communist Party emphasizes that higher education needs to carry out the basic task of cultivating talents.Under such circumstance,colleges are urged to fully implement the education policy of cultivating talents by virtue and adapt to the development of the new era.It is necessary to know that carrying out the education of moral cultivation for postgraduates is to promote the overall and healthy development of individuals,improve the quality of postgraduates'cultivation,promote social harmony and progress,and meet the requirements of the complicated situation at home and abroad in the new era.Through the analysis of the current achievements and existing problems in the education of postgraduates moral cultivation,the paper tries to propose that it is essential to construct the model of collaborative education integrated graduate tutors,graduate moral cultivation teams and graduate subjects.
