加快内蒙古民营经济发展的若干思考

经过改革开放30多年来的发展,民营经济从无到有,从小到大,如今已成为推动国民经济发展的重要力量,在扩大就业、增加税收、搞活经济、加大出口等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。伴随内蒙古经济发展步伐的加快,内蒙古民营经济也取得了很大的发展。但是与发达省区相比,在发展规模、质量、层次上还存在一定的差距。各级政府一定要解放思想、更新观念,抓住机遇,发挥优势,采取多种措施,调动多方力量,鼓励和发展民营经济,争取在＂十二五＂期间内蒙古民营经济发展有个新的突破,使其成长为全区最具活力的经济力量,推动经济社会又好又快发展。

Reflections over the Development of Private Economy in Inner Mongolia

After 30 years＇ development since the reform and opening,private economy has greatly promoted the development of national economy and played an increasingly important role in expanding employment and increasing tax revenues,economic development and export.With the quickening economic development of Inner Mongolia,private economy has made great achievements as well.But compared with those in developed provinces and areas,there are still gaps in scale,quality and standard.Governments at all levels should liberate thoughts,innovate concepts,catch hold of opportunities,full play advantages and mobilize all forces to stimulate and develop private economy so as to make some breakthroughs in the twelfth five-year-plan period and to make it the most energetic economic force to propel the safe and sound economic development of Inner Mongolia.
