| 摘 要： | 跨文化商务交际中语用失误的出现不是单纯的语言问题。在交流中因套用母语的表达结构或表达方式、社交习惯不同、禁忌语与联想意义差异、交际风格不同等原因导致了一些常见的跨文化商务交际语用失误现象。
