基于AT89S52单片机的双水箱水位控制系统设计

摘    要:通过研究双水箱水位控制系统的工作机理,并在此基础之上分析被控对象模型,得到系统的传递函数,设计基于51系列单片机的双水箱液位控制系统.采用液位和流量串级控制,软件方面采用PID算法,经过对双水箱的研究及其调试,能较好地控制双容水箱的水位变化,减小误差,实现预期控制目标.

Abstract:This paper through studies the working mechanism of double water tank level control system and analysing the controlled object model,get the transfer function of the system and design double water level control system based on the single chip 51 series.Liquid level and flow cascade control is adopted,PID control is used in software.After researching on the double water tank and its commissioning,the work performance of the control system can control double water tank level change better,diminish errors and achieve control objective.
