| 摘 要： | 讨论了跨国公司在中国投资项目的技术水平，以及技术在中国的转移和扩散效应。结论认为跨国公司在华投资对中国工业技术进步的积极作用是有限的，而对中国的高新技术企业的发展具有某种程度的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyze the technological level of industrial projects that the MNC have invested in China and the technological effect of transfer and dispersion. Such conclusions are drawn that the positive effect that the MNC's investment in China put on China's technological progress is limited and the investment have paied negative effects on the development of Chinese hi-tech enterprises. |
