| 摘 要： | 老子思想是典型的东方智慧.它不但是历史的,也对解决现实问题有着实际的指导意义.老子之“道”的自然性启示人们尊重客观规律,老子将天、地、人统为一体的思想启示人们关注生态平衡,老子的“无为而不为”之术提升了传统的领导艺术,老子的相反相成之道为现代的经营策略提供了新的思路和方法.老子之“道”的阴性特征和雌守观念更对传统的“尊阳卑阴”价值观具有纠偏作用,并对中华民族精神的和谐做出了贡献.

| Abstract: | The thought of Lao Zi is lems in reality. Its ＇naturalness＇ ship and the Lao Zi＇ s typical oriental wisdom. The thought produces practical guiding towards prob- inspires people to respect objective laws. Its strategy improves traditional leader- ＇complement＇ idea provides new method for modem economic management. The female character of ＇dao＇ exerts a corrective function upon traditional value, contributing to the harmonious construction of Chinese mentality. |
