| 摘 要： | 资源枯竭型城市的经济转型是一个复杂的系统工程，其中金融支持在资源配置以及结构转型中起着核心作用。文章从黄石这个资源枯竭型城市的发展现状人手，分析了金融支持资源枯竭型城市经济转型存在的若干问题，并从制定具体的金融政策、拓宽融资渠道、构建金融服务体系、有效发挥资源配置功能等方面，提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The economy transformation of resource -exhausted cities is a complex systematic project. In this project, financial support is vital in the resource allocation and structure transformation. This paper discusses the status quo of the development of Huangshi - - a resource - exhausted city and summarizes the problems in the economy transformation of resource - exhausted cities. And some suggestions are presented in terms of financial support - - formulating specific financial policies, broadening financial sources, establishing finan- cial service system, bringing resource allocation function into full play, etc. |
