| 摘 要： | 从高校图书馆资源视角出发，以“211工程”及省部共建高等学校为研究对象，采用广义最小二乘法考察了高校技术转移、高校图书馆资源在区域创新能力提升过程中的影响机制。研究发现，高校政府科技投入正向影响区域创新能力；高校技术转移在政府科技投入与区域创新能力间承接中介作用；高校图书馆人力资源和文献资源在高校政府科技投入与高校技术转移间起到正向调节作用。

Research on the mechanism of university technology transfer empowering regional innovation ability under the regulation of Library Resources |

| Abstract: | From the perspective of university library resources, this pape takes "211 project" and provincial and ministerial higher education institutions as the research target.and adopt FGLS method to investigate the influence mechanism of university technology transfer and university library resources in regional innovation capacity enhancement. The study found that the governmental technology investment in universities positively influences the regional innovation capability. The university technology transfer undertakes the intermediary role between the governmental technology investment and the regional innovation capability. The human resources and literature resources of university libraries play a positive regulating role between the governmental technology investment and the university technology transfer. |
