太极拳运动对大学生体质影响的实证研究

摘    要:为了解太极拳运动对大学生体质的影响,抽取吉首大学参与太极拳晨练的大学生20名为实验组,再随机抽取20名大学生为对照组。分别对两组进行体质指标的测试。研究结果显示:太极拳运动能降低大学生的体脂百分比,皮褶厚度下降,增强心肺功能。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of Taijiquan Exercise on the constitution of college students, 20 college students are selected from Jishou University in Taijiquan exercise as experimental group, and 20 students are randomly selected as the control group, the physical index of the two groups are tested. The results show Taijiquan exercise can reduce the body fat percentage of college students, skin fold thickness decreased, can improve heart and lung function.
